End of Lease Cleaning Checklist

All our cleaners and cleaning teams are well instructed with the checklist provided hereby to follow on all End of Lease Cleaning jobs we do. Items and/or areas of standard residential premises covered in the checklist conform with all standard requirements of most real estate agents. Please ensure to check your estate agent’s requirements or guidelines for any extras required and let us know on the day of the cleaning.

In Kitchen

Remove Cobwebs, Spots/Marks on Walls (wash down is extra), Airvent, Wipe Cabinets & Drawers in/out with handles and knobs, Counter Tops, Window Frames & Glass from inside, Vacuum & Mop Floors, Wipe Switch Boards, Dust/Wipe Lights, Skirting Boards, Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood, Splashback, Sink, Taps / Faucets

In Toilets / Bathrooms

In Living Rooms

Remove Cobwebs, Spots/Marks on Walls (wash down is extra), Airvent, Wipe Cabinets & Drawers in/out with handles and knobs, Counter Tops, Window Frames & Glass from inside, Wipe Switch Boards, Dust/Wipe Lights, Skirting Boards, Vacuum & Mop Floors or Carpet Steam Cleaning (as applicable)

In Other Common Areas

* Fully furnished places or serviced apartments require additional cleaning attention towards furniture and other items in the place that are provided by and expected to be cleaned by real estate agents
* All prices quoted are based on the standard time it takes to clean a reasonably looked after premises. Size & Condition of the premises requiring additional time and effort for cleaning can be assessed and any applicable additional charges can be discussed and quoted on the day of cleaning
* We do not remove any belongings in the house or in any of the cabinets that may belong to either the tenant, estate agent or landlord unless specifically instructed on the day of cleaning

* Additional Notes

* Electricity must not be disconnected on the day of cleaning, and hot water must also be available
* Parking must be provided or paid for by client
* Any additional charges for extras or additional works based on size or condition will be quoted upon inspection on the day of cleaning
* Payment in full must be paid upfront at the start of the end of lease cleaning job

* Mistakes with cleaning is done reported post real estate agent’s property inspection within 7 days from the date of cleaning, will be fixed for free of charge.
